This sounds like a case of enterotoxemia caused by the chlostridium
bacterium. Google enterotoxemia to get a better description of the
symptoms and also treatment. Since she is older, then this may be a
milder case. Penicillin should be given subcutaneous as IM can do nerve
damage. I would give a large dose of Penicillin, and also the
chlostridium antitoxin. This comes from overeating or too much sugars
going into the gut instead of digesting in the stomach. Grain lush
pastures, etc can cause this. She is screaming because her stomach is
really in pain. There is a goat site that describes a treatment for this...
