It sounds like a staph infection.  I would use combiotic or pennicillin 
instead of the LA 200..  Terramycin has a tendency to get into every 
body tissue and stay there.  About 2cc of pennicilin every other day for 
about 10 days should show some improvement.  Exercise on those feet will 
get the circulation moving and make the swelling go down..  Could be a 
kidney infection also, and the pennicilin will take care of that..

What has anyone seen or done to help w/swollen hocks that were a result of 
infection.  The vet thought he would be dead the first week I took him in but 
the little guy is getting better and even has gotten to be turned out for a 
little to graze. Would appreciate any idvice.
