I would give her a shot of antibiotic also. Pneumonia can set in when the sheep is on its side for an extended time. And prop it into a more upright position. Nutradrench is great. Do you have a tube for feeding? Or bottle feed a weak formula that has been sweetened. Keep it warm. Hopefully it will get up so you can give it back to its mother. Good luck!.
