Has anyone used that 'hammock' thing they had in the Premier catalog? It
looks interesting, but I'm not sure:
1. if a crazy BBB would stay in it and
2. how you would get a large sheep in it, even with 2 people.

I bought one of the sheep chair things from Premiere...and so far...

I'm not crazy about the netting/webbing that makes up the chair part. It it far too wide for a hair sheep. The instructions say, if it's too wide, you UN-TIE it and then re-tie it onto the steel side. To me, it looked like if I untied it, and took it apart, I'd have a expensive piece of trash. :-( I rolled up the extra netting on the steel legs, but that didn't work... after a sheep or two had been in the chair, the netting unrolled itself. :-(

The sheep weren't THAT difficult to put in the chair, working solo. I had a sheep crooked and backed it up to the chair then flipped it up into a seated position. Not really picking them up & plopping them in the chair... just lifting the front end of the sheep & tipping it into a sitting position. It's not easy to describe without hand jestures!!! I think it would've worked better if the netting was the proper size. I think I got 4 or 5 sheep done before the net loosened... once it did, I couldn't do any more nails.

I'm going to have to try plan B or C on it before using it again. (Soon as I figure out what plan B &/or C is/are.)

In the Nasco catalog, it has a sheep chair that uses a piece of tarp looking material for the chair part, which is probably better than this netting, as far as being able to adjust the width between the steel bar sides.

Other than the poor 'seating' choice, the Premiere chair seems sturdy.. and easy enough to assemble (it arrives in pieces). Only needed a wrench to tighten the nuts onto the bolts. (All parts were provided-- except the wrench!)
