I'm swapping out my Blackbelly ewes in favor of my new Dorper-St. Croix.I would like to re-home an approximately 3 yr old American Blackbelly ewe (purchased as a yearling unknown birthdate) who has had 2 sets of twins since I've had her. Her yearling daughter, born 4/10/04 & this spring's daughter born 2/7/05. The yearling had a single this spring.
I have a all tan hair sheep ewe, out of a faded Blackbelly ewe, born 5/8/04. She had a single this spring.
I also have an approximately 5 yr old (purchased as a young adult, unknown birthdate) unknown breed hair sheep ewe with her 1/7/05 ewe lamb. The mom is very light tan, almost white and her daughter is white.
I have a few wethers available to round out your new flock, if you need sheep for herding, lawn mowing, whatever. I have a solid black, black with a white star, a blackbelly, and a grey-ish & white pinto marked.
I have a ram lamb, born 3/23 light red-ish tan, with one one sock & a white blaze on his face.I'm asking $100 each for the proven ewes, $70 for the ewe lamb, $50 for the ram lamb & $35 for the wethers.
I'm in south central lower Michigan, near i 69 & i 94-- 40 some miles from the Indiana state line. REALLLLLY easy to get to!
Some of the sheep can be seen on my website. Spaz, Libby, Sam, Noname, Buffy, Mo, Star, Blue...
