I have three bottlefed Rams One is thealpha.He is very unpredicable. Most timeshe is friendly, especially at feeding time. However I can never tell when he feels threatened and wants a challenge. I have had to get physical with him on several occasions.This could be dangerous,especially since his horns are wide, sharp and curled. I understand the attachment you must feel and do not want any harm to your "friend". I feel exactly the same way. I always tell friends not to go into the pasture area where the sheep are because"Rascal" could take offense and hurt someone. Just be careful and ALWAYS on your guard.
