I have three bottlefed Rams
One is thealpha. He is very unpredicable. Most timeshe is friendly,
especially at feeding time. However I can never tell when he feels threatened
and
wants a challenge.
I have had to get physical with him on several occasions. This could be
dangerous, especially since his horns are wide, sharp and curled.
I understand the attachment you must feel and do not want any harm to your
"friend". I feel exactly the same way. I always tell friends not to go into the
pasture area where the sheep are because"Rascal" could take offense and hurt
 someone.
Just be careful and ALWAYS on your guard. He could hurt you or someone else
