Presently I have 3 adult (with horns)Rams. I can go into their stalls any time. I was even in there on a ladder hanging flystrips. They are no problem. BUT I DON'T TRUST THEM FOR ONE MINUTE. And I NEVER attempt to contact them or pat them. They stay the heck away from me. They are afraid of me and they have never been encouraged to believe I am nice (some people think that too!! LOL). Any handling is done only for foot trimming and worming. I DON'T TRY TO MAKE PETS OUT THEM. Any bottle ram lambs are freezer meat. I just wonder why people try to make something out of animals that they are not. I love them to pieces.
