I have something going on with two 5-month-old lambs. They are only the size
of a 2-month old lamb we have and are skinny. Their hip-bones are protruding
and they still have the lamb hair. I have wormed them, they graze all day
but since they are keeping the pastures down short they get fed alfalfa hay
morning and evening. I give them some cob several times a week. With all the
food available I wouldn't think they would be thin or so small. The younger
lamb is doing great. I have the lambs seperated from the adults now, so they
do not have to get pushed around by them and am supplementing them with some
nutradrench. Any suggestions as to what is going on??
Thank you,
Julie Riha
