I've had ewes get into serious fights, most seem to get over it in a few minutes, sometimes they fight off and on for a couple of days, though. Sometimes several will gang up on one. I've tried to break them up, but it never seems to work; even the one losing won't leave it alone. Sometimes one will come up limping, but eventually, I guess they make peace and the fighting stops.
