Agree totally about scroll wheels as buttons, but I'm getting used to it - as well as the 'speed' of an optical mouse (my previous mouse, and my spare which is now playing up, used rubber balls - apparently, the circle of plastic which holds the ball in place is now 'fit and forget'). Tried to remove the ball from the spare mouse to clean the rollers, but it isn't removable. So I'm using the scroll wheel as a button.
Strangely, this cheap mouse (came with my pre-assembled intel machine) is really comfortable in my left hand, despite the shell being very asymetric. Fortunately, I had a (purple) USB->PS/2 adaptor and I was no longer using that for the keyboard ;-) ĸen -- das eine Mal als Tragödie, das andere Mal als Farce -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
