 Often, it's referenced as 'boiler-plate'.  Not sure if this package
uses the standard xincludes file or hard-coded text, but I'll fix it
whichever.

 If somebody has installed gtk-doc (I do - over the years, some
releases of certain packages have failed if gtkdoc-rebase is missing,
because package developers assume it will always be present), they
can use it to rebuld the supplied documentation.

 I've never understood why anybody would want to do that, but 'your
distro, your rules'.
