Often, it's referenced as 'boiler-plate'. Not sure if this package uses the standard xincludes file or hard-coded text, but I'll fix it whichever. If somebody has installed gtk-doc (I do - over the years, some releases of certain packages have failed if gtkdoc-rebase is missing, because package developers assume it will always be present), they can use it to rebuld the supplied documentation.
