Have you tried JAWS key + F7 key to bring up a list of links? Once you do this, then go to the link in the list then tab twice to activate link and hit enter

I have noticed for quite some time that when I try to click on the comment link it does not open the link I click on. It will always be 2 or 3 links before the one I clicked on, or 2 or 3 links after the one I clicked on. Apparently, my JAWS curser is not where it is saying it is.
