unfortunately, this decision had to be taken in a rush, as the offer
came in last minute, was better than the others we had considered, and
had to be accepted quickly.
Therefore, we had a vote on the private mailing list which, following
our statutes, I hereby would like to make public.

The Board of Directors at time of the vote consists of 7 seat holders
without deputies. In order to be quorate, the vote needs to have 1/2 of
the Board of Directors members, which gives 4.
A total of 6 Board of Directors members have participated in the vote.
The vote is quorate.
A quorum could be reached with a simple majority of 4 votes.
Result of vote: 6 approvals, 0 neutral, 0 disapprovals.
Decision: The request has been accepted.

sorry for opening up again this endless story... I heard about
yesterday's vote to invest in the "Sparbuch" at Volksbank Pforzeheim for
one year, with 1% p.a.
We today received an offer from Unicredit, 3 years, 2% p.a. which sounds
good as well.
We need to get details on this, and the offer ends tomorrow, so I'd like
to ask the board to:
1. Authorize Thorsten Behrens and me to accept this offer on behalf of
TDF, should it be economically better than yesterday's vote;
alternatively falling back to yesterday's vote;
2. Approve that this offer fits the ethical criteria as outlined in the
statutes.
