L & L Bakers' Dill Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf
---1 1/2 LB. LOAF---
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Water - for Welbilt/Dak add 2
- tbsp. more water.
1 Egg
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 T Butter or margarine
3 T Sugar
2/3 c Lowfat cottage cheese
2 T Dried minced onion
1 T Dried dill weed
1 T Dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 t Red star active dry yeast 3
- tsp. for Panasonic/Nat'l. 2
- tsp. for Welbilt/Dak
---1 LB. LOAF---
3 T Milk
3 T Water - for Welbilt add 1
- tbsp. more
1 Egg
2 c Bread flour
1 t Salt
1 T Butter or margarine
1 T Sugar
1/3 c Lowfat cottage cheese
1 T Dried minced onion
2 t Dried dillweed
2 t Dried parsley flakes
2 t Red star active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting and
press Start. After baking ends, remove from pan and cool on cake
rack. Allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. CRUST: Light.
