For a start, none of the references point to information outside of the site itself. *alarm bells* The author, Mae-Wan Ho, has had a reasonable but not spectacular career in genetics, with several papers in prestigious journals but no academic experience in atmospherics as far as I can see. I've done a few seaches for papers on atmospheric oxgen levels, and can't find any that suggest global levels are dropping.
