Been there, done that. Discarded 10 batches in a row, because of a "house
infection". Almost stopped brewing...

What I did was to buy new plastic things. Asked an experienced brewing friend
to brew one batch in my kitchen while I was away traveling. Just to prove
that it could be done. He went for it with all the possible care, with the
one purpose to avoid infection. He didn't use my plastic buckets at all,
after boiling he cooled my brewing pot down by immersing it in cold water.
When it felt cool enough (from the outside!) he added yeast, and thereafter
he did not open the lid at all. He put it in the middle of my sitting room,
and left it there for 3 weeks, until it was ready. Then he took apart one of
my kegs, cleaned everything, and poured the beer in - not using a siphon or
anything. (Yes, there may have been oxidation, but that does not an infection
make). And miracle! The beer was good.

Next time I asked the guy to babyseit me while I was brewing my usual way.
I don't remember, maybe I had bought a new plastic bucket and/or a new siphon
hose, maybe not. Anyway, I did as I usually did, but quite carefully. He
lookes over my shoulder at my every move, but found nothing wrong. Another
miracle, the beer turned out pretty good too. After that, I went on to brew
over 50 batches, most of them all right, some of them pretty good damn good,
if I may say so myself.

I am still not sure what broke the spell. But I recommend to get someone else
to look over your shoulder, pointing out anything they may find suspicious,
and maybe also purchasing new plastics - they are cheap. With a bit of care,
I am sure you will come back on the right track, and brew some good

  beer anyway
