Error in Multiboot Specification 0.6.96

I found an error in the Multiboot Specification version 0.6.96.

In section 3.2:

`EAX'
     Must contain the magic value `0x2BADB002';

Which should read:

`EAX'
     Must contain the magic value `0x1BADB002';
