(ps - show is on Tuesday June 16)

Don't know how fabulous they are, but here are my ideas:

Can we include our own merchandise in this? I'm thinking specifically
of:

- giving away free Ubuntu CDs with a BWorks plug on the jacket
(super-easy to print up foldable paper jackets with any printing we want
on them)
- giving BWorks-branded USB keys in exchange for a suitable donation
($20)

We will want nice-looking brochures, handouts, etc.

We should check to make sure we have enough business cards, or if not,
get some more printed.

We will want some nice signage for the table.

If we can arrange it, ByteWorks t-shirts would be good (at least for the
staff to wear, if not in exchange for donations).

We will want to gather names/addresses to start adding to our mailing
list. Simplest would be several sign-up sheets on clipboards. That way
several people can be entering their details simultaneously, instead of
having to queue up to provide the info one at a time to whoever has the
laptop. They can indicate any or all of:
- I want to volunteer
- I want to sign up for your newsletter
- I would like you to contact me later about donations
- I would like you to contact me about enrolling in one of your programs
(kids EAC, adults EAC, bicycle programs)
- other (please explain)

Are we going to have some representatives from the Bicycle side helping
out (and spreading the word about what all they do), too?

Theresa
