We tried OpenDNS at the shop. I seem to recall there were some concerns with the way OpenDNS was doing some things [see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenDNS#Privacy_issues.2C_conflicts_and_covert_redirection] but this may be a viable solution.
