Fictitious name reservations are cheap (I think less than 20$ it used to be 12). There is no reason not to get fictitious names for each aspect of Bworks. If there is a LLC or incorporated body the names may be reserved in the corporations name. This latest "renewal" of fictitious names in MO is not going to be a yearly recurring fee; As far as I understand from talking with my lawyer it is due to the modernization of the MO system.
