[BYUMUG] Mail Merge

On my PC with Outlook at work, I love the Mail Merge feature out of Microsoft 
Word.

But, as far as I can tell, unless you are willing to use Entourage (shudder) 
there is no similar option in Mac OSX

Does anyone know how to use Mail Merge type functions and make it work using 
Apple Mail?
