Do you use the ant task or the maven plugin ?
For the ant task add in your catifywar :
<servletredirector name="ServletRedirectorSecure"
mapping="/ServletRedirectorSecure"
roles="RoleBase"/>
For the maven plugin I provide a patch but it is the same thing to do
