Confirmed by a report in l'Indépendant today which states: "The French 
and Portuguese, most numerous in February, share place with the Russians 
and the English, for whom the frequency has spread through the season 
from February to March.

Re closing dates, it says: "The season ends on 21 April with the closing 
of the stations of Ordino-Arcalis and Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig.  The 
nordic station of Rabassa and the station of Pal were the first to 
close, last Sunday.  Arinsal and Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig close at the 
end of the week, 14 April."

This report is inconsistent as to the date for Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig 
and Soldeu is not mentioned but, as it is lower than Pas, I would expect 
it to be closed now or about to close.

There has been new snow in the mountains this week so conditions may be 
good for anyone who does want to go skiing at the last minute.
