Hi, I am Kaloyan Raev from Bulgaria. I am student in Bioinformatics and I am watching the care2x project for about two months.
I have translations of the ICD10 codes in Bulgarian and want to include them in the care2x project. The Bulgarian translation of ICD10 is publicly accessed on the internet site of the National Center for Health Information of Bulgaria: http://www.nchi.government.bg/download/MKB10.XLS The translation is provided as a file in MS Excel format. I converted the data in a way it can be used by care2x. I have now two files: 1) care_icd10_bg.csv 2) insert-data-all.sql I followed the english version of ICD10 to generate these two files. The character encoding is 'windows-1251'. I can convert the data in another cyrillic character enconding, if needed. What actions do I have to take in order to include the Bulgarian ICD10 in the care2x project repository? I prefer, if possible, to do the necessary actions myself than to send the files to somebody and forward the task to him. This will give me better understanding to the care2x project.
