I've offered to Matt, offlist, that I'd be willing to spend the time on polishing this module up for CPAN release. If there's interest here, that will sway the decision.
I for one have been struggling (mostly in the drinking beer and whining about it sort of way) with what I'm going to do with my many legacy CGI projects. If I could wrap them up in a bundle of delicious Catalyst I would be a happy person. But I won't stop drinking.
