Well , The main reason is to execute my scripts on the remote machine and catch 
the output.  While executing my script it should not prompt for any password. 
for this secnario i require ( SSH also can be used) it.
   
  PS: Security no issues for me , Since am going to play internaly.

I can respond to that query if you tell me what you are trying to do. 
There are better secure ways to that, so why do you need rsh / rlogin?
