Hi sandeep, You can install PHP in windows by two methods
1) Binary Installation 2) .exe(setup) Installation As PHP is an opensource module you can download the php in (http://kr.php.net/releases.php ) and go ahead and download version 4.4.3 (windows installer package) as it is a stable one. After download it create a folder in c:/ (c:/PHP) and just run the setup it will automatically allow the required extension to be loaded for the path. If you need aditional extension u can enable it in php.ini file. i not much sure about oracle, what actually u r trying to do with php and oracle and what os r u trying to install it.
