1. Definitions: f. "You" means an individual or entity exercising rights under this License who has not previously violated the terms of this License with respect to the Work, or who has received express permission from the Licensor to exercise rights under this License despite a previous violation. It is important to note that along the lines of the Arabic text, the word “licensee” المرخص له is being used to refer to “You”. I did not amend the terms and kept the same wording because it does not alter the general meaning of the text. However, it is important to note that it is not common to use the word “You” in an Arabic legal document as it is not considered formal.
