[CFXML_Blog] Make an International CFML code

Hi cfxmlblog list,

   working on the blog I'm trying to change all variables names, UDFs
   names, comments, etc. in english - in order to make a code easier to
   understand for developers.

   I know this should be a little annoying, expecially if you made a
   customization of the code, but we have to do this step now before it is
   to late.
