It' not an easy solution.

You should installa an WYSIWYG Editor like SoEditor that supports images
and it will work, unfortunately it does not support XHTML so the Blog will
not validate XHTML anymore ...

i'm still searching for a good editor with image support that's XHTML
compatible.
