No, just unmaintained it appears. If it Clint Moore (h...@mac.com) won't
respond, you can use the standard CPAN process to request formally
taking over the name space.
Other options include maintaining a private fork, or changing the name
in some way in uploading another version to CPAN that you would then be
under your control.
