What's the use?  It looks like an old Weiand single plane manifold.  If you 
want to build a higher RPM motor on the cheap it could be a good deal.  For a 
street engine, it might not be the best choice. It looks like an early version 
of the X-celerator that you can buy today for maybe $135-$150.
