Given the private and group-posted feedback our retraction, and the One-Liner that compelled it generated, the following rerun is again posted. It is hoped that those who misconstrued the apology to be a pat on the back, rather than the embarrassment of misinformation it was meant to connote, will be thoroughly informed as to where this ministry stands on the same sex marriage issue. ____The TVs, the Bis and the Gays____ John + 14:15 "If you love me you will keep my commandments." (Jesus Christ) Leviticus + 18:12 "You must not lie with a man as with a woman. This is a hateful thing." Deuteronomy +22:5 "A woman must not wear men's clothes nor a man put on woman's dress; anyone who does this is detestable to Yahweh your God." During the course of His mission on earth, Jesus amended some of the Ten Commandments. When God said through Moses, 'Thou shalt not commit adultery,' He spotlighted the sinfulness of divorce and of marrying someone who was divorced. But while on earth, Jesus also said that if we so much as look at members of the opposite sex lustfully, we are guilty of committing adultery with them. Conspicuous by their absence in Jesus' amendments are the Laws concerning transvestitism, homo and bisexual intimacy. He never said word one about those commandments or those who disobey them, which clearly indicates that aspect of the Law was to be left as it is, and not be tampered with to conform with the worldly notions and trends that have developed over the last 2000-years. As with the Old Testament, so, too, did Paul the Apostle condemn these activities in his letter to the fledgling Church in Rome (1:26 and 27). 1951 The early days of my elementary education were spent in an all-boys, parochial institution that traditionally mounted a musical stage review at the end of each school year. Since there was no one to play female rolls, a few of us were chosen to wear dresses and behave like young ladies. Since I had no knowledge of the Law against such things, at first, the no-choice masquerade didn't bother me at all. However, when the last performance ended, I not only had no desire whatsoever to wear female attire again, but the mere thought of doing so generated within me a severe distaste for what I had been selected to do. But since the school was lorded over by the priests and nuns of a Roman Catholic Church, which was presumably 'infallible' where the maintaining and policing of God's standards and practices were concerned, I regarded this inner scorn as a strictly personal preference, rather than a Holy Spirit inspired, Christian response. Add to this experience my concurrent exposure to a once-a-week comedy program that starred Milton Berle, who frequently and outlandishly dressed like a woman in his sketches and opening remarks, and NBC's acceptability of the practice soon overrode any suspicions I might have had as to its illegitimacy. 1976 It wasn't until I first picked up and earnestly read a Holy Bible from cover to cover that those suppressed suspicions became abundantly warranted. At the same time, in the years that followed, I developed a deeper appreciation and loathing of how Satan, through the mediums of television and film, had been slowly but surely infiltrating every corner of society with the unholy essentials of perverted and permissive sexual behavior. One only has to ponder the gratuitous extremes to which the TV, film and video industries have exponentially gone over the last 50-years to fully fathom the depth of Satan's master plan for the spiritual corrupting of mankind. 2008 In recent years, the 'legitimacy' of homo and bisexual intimacy and transvestitism has managed to slither its self-indulgent presence into the fabric of our society and the acquiescent, hungry-for-ratings, secular media with more and more, matter-of-fact regularity than ever before. At the same time, gay power activists have mushroomed up all over the place, establishing themselves, not only in political and self-help circles, neighborhood associations, the television and film industries, but in close knit, members-only cliques and 'churches' as well. Gay Is OK? As a consequence, many of our young people and uninformed adults have grown up with the idea that male/male, female/female sexual activity and interchangeable dress codes are as socially acceptable as girl/boy restrooms and unisex hairdos and clothing. These unscriptural notions and lifestyles continue to flourish in many ways and circumstances nowadays, and enjoy an unhealthy respectability in most areas of the entertainment industry. Anti-Hero Worship This unholy permissiveness has been further fueled by celebrities and high profile politicians whose similarly inclined fans and constituents lift them up as role models and guilt-quashing Gurus when establishing and defining the particulars and moral justification of their own, sexually oriented social lives. The Domino Effect The influence gay rights proponents and movements have had on our children is morally incalculable and dangerously far reaching, for it tells them that God's Laws are no longer relevant where the establishing of one's personal opinions and passions are concerned. It also assures them that there are no absolutes in the Law, and that the defining of right and wrong is subject to the whims and fancies of any given generation's willingness to abandon the bedrock beliefs upon which their religious and national heritages were formed. Thanks to the by and large, scripturally unethical, legal profession, the domino effect of such disregard for Divine guidance can only lead to more of the same. Though the term 'gay' has shrouded the abomination of same sex, physical intimacy by putting a semi-positive, albeit deceptive spin on its infamous implications, let us never forget, no matter how acceptable anti-Christian, sexual behavior becomes in the secular world, we must never give in to or go along with the establishing of that 'acceptability.' Bottom Line Homosexual, physical intimacy is despicable in the eyes of God, and those who condone and practice it are unclean until they recognize it to be the sin it is and repent of that behavior in the name of Jesus Christ, and in accordance with God's Holy Scripture. And if they attempt to foist their familiar intentions upon us, or indoctrinate us into condoning and/or politically supporting their unclean behavior, lifestyles and agendas, we are bound by the Law of Christ to avoid them. Titus + 3:10 "If a man disputes what you teach, then after a first and second warning, have no more to do with him. You will know that any man of that sort has already lapsed and condemned himself as a sinner." 2 Thessalonians +2:15 "Stand firm, then, brothers, and keep the traditions that we taught you, whether by word of mouth or by letter." God loves good behavior, and hates bad behavior. We are God's sons and daughters, and we are expected to do the same. Apathy is the sincerest and perhaps the purest form of hate, so avoid evil behavior and hate any form of fornica tion. James + 4:7 "Give in to God, then; resist the devil, and he will run away from you. The nearer you go to God, the nearer he will come to you." The Scriptural Meat and Potatoes Outside of the male/female, God-inspired marriage, sexual activity is a sin. Never let anyone convince you otherwise. God cannot go against His own Word, which specifically prohibits same sex marriages and public displays of gender reversal apparel. Matthew + 19:6 "…what God has united, man must not divide." (Jesus Christ) And remember, God doesn't want his pound of flesh. He just wants us to call a sin a sin and ask for forgiveness in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, Who is the only key we have to salvation. His Law demands we know our mistakes in order that we may understand the reasons for His distancing apathy. James + 5:16 "So confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, and this will cure you…" Worlds Apart What do the clean and the unclean have in common? It is for this reason that many sexually active gays hide in the proverbial closets of their own, guilt-ridden indecision, living and socializing in exclusive-to-underground corners of society in order to avoid detection and alienation from those who find their private, sexual behavior repulsive. Their social agendas are largely self-satisfying/serving/indulgent, so until they focus their awareness on and believe in the spiritual truth of God's Word, they can no more be a part of His family than Satan himself. You Hate Me And let us be perfectly aware of the fact that God doesn't hate transvestites and homosexuals. What God hates is the sin of homosexual, physical intimacy and the wearing of opposite sex apparel. God is love, the definer of love, the one who also defines what love isn't. To sin is not to love, so when God drew a line between righteous lovemaking and every other kind, He literally condemned those who would seek to justify their ungodly behavior by prejudicially reinterpreting God's biblical axioms, thereby spitting in the face of God's Law, which IS love. A Slap On the Wrist Doesn't Cut It Nothing emphasizes this escalating, permissive attitude towards homosexual behavior better than the decades-old, pedophilic problem now and finally being dealt with by the Catholic Church. For it to have gone on for so long, without some kind of determined and severely prosecuted policy by the archdiocese involved, speaks volumes to the band aid, trickle-up indifference they have up-to-now adopted. Instead of putting their collective food down at the outset of the problem, Catholicism trivialized what in the eyes of God is an abomination by simply shuffling pedophilic clergy from one parish to another, hoping the problem would simply go away, or at the very least be dealt with by determined disciplinarians who were way less sympathetic to the pedophilic priests involved. The Snowball Effect When the shuffling didn't work, it sent yet another wrong signal to the outraged victims, and those of us who stood dumbfounded by the lack of Vatican concern its ineffective policy reiterated. As a consequence, a few victimized and very courageous and Holy Spirit inspired parishioners took the bull by the horns by exposing the problem in both the media and judicial system. As a result of their Spirit-led obedience, and the details their post traumatic, psychological testimonies recorded for public scrutiny, more and more were inspired to step forward until the issue became too high profile and costly for the Vatican to any longer ignore. A Classic Outcome of Apathetic Example Coincidentally, the more visibility the problem achieved, the more militant and aggressive gay and man/boy sexual intimacy activists became. As a consequence, the homosexual, political agenda drew more and more fire from both sides of the gay rights argument. It is obvious the Vatican's half-hearted intolerance had served to add more wood to the blaze of public indifference building in and around the issue. In God We Trust? Add to this firestorm of controversy our government's refusal to identify with and allow God's commanding truth to influence and guide our young people, and what we have here is a classic example of how the ACLU and other organizations of its anti-Christian persuasion have exacerbated the problem by exploiting Catholicism's mealy-mouthed responses to their own advantage. Instead of recognizing the morally debilitating potential sexually permissive lifestyles incur, many local governments have turned a deaf ear to the public outcry that supports disqualifying the irate, gay agenda to an end that would recognize and expose the travesty of political manipulation for what it truly is. In essence, the gay rights movement and its spin-off activists are, one state at a time, attempting to turn our separation of Church and state policy on its ear by fomenting a double standard that allows the ungodly to dictate politically correct morality. Meanwhile, Christian values are looked upon as unsavory, intolerant, and without justifiable relevance, not only within the halls of certain local governments, but in the conversation of public debate now bringing the issue to a head and to the fore of our national awareness. This divisive and polarizing trend has had a morally damaging and indecisive effect on Washington's mindset as well. Matthew + 12:25 "Every kingdom divided against itself is heading for ruin; and no town, no household divided against itself can stand." (Jesus Christ) No Way Jose The gay rightists knew they didn't have a ghost of a chance against the Christian community, where the establishing of legitimacy is concerned. So they turned to our highly unstable and fickle political arena to launch their attacks against the values that formed the foundation of our nation in the first place. Make Believe Religion To make matters worse, they have doggedly established a network of 'churches' that not only support and encourage their wicked behavior, but have interpreted scripture in a way that justifies their sin by playing the legalist card when arguing their point of view. To many of them, a person's sexual orientation is seen as divinely determined, especially when two, same-gendered individuals are supposedly joined in marriage by God and/or fall in love. Therefore, any Bible-based Christian who would challenge that belief is labeled a hard-hearted legalist. What makes this plank in their religious platform laughably contradictive is the amount of time, money and energy many politically active gays are openly and enthusiastically spending to win their supposedly spiritual cases in our legal system. 2 Peter + 3:16 "…uneducated and unbalanced people distort, in the same way as they distort the rest of scripture- a fatal thing for them to do. You have been warned about this, my friends; be careful not to be carried away by the errors of unprincipled people, from the firm ground that you are standing on." Here Come the Judge Now that a full blown war has broken out over these issues and scriptural interpretations, with Satan's puppets on one side and Jesus' believers on the other, it is only a matter of time before God decides to put the pseudo-religious, politically-mobilized, gay community in its place. For no power on earth, or in the universe for that matter, can win a war against God where His Word, Precepts and commandments are concerned. Mark + 13:31 "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words will not pass away." (Jesus Christ) 1 Corinthians + 4:20 "…the Kingdom of God is not just words, it is power." The TVs, bis and gays have literally stepped on the wrong foot and forced Christians everywhere to get politically motivated and involved- an ever escalating involvement that is sure to have a profound effect on the future of our nation's moral codes, while saying to the entire planet, 'Don't mess with right and wrong unless you are prepared to make war on God.' Romans + 1:26 "That is why God has abandoned them to their degrading passions; why their women have turned from natural intercourse to unnatural practices and why their menfolk have given up natural intercourse to be consumed with passion for each other, men doing shameless things with men and getting an appropriate reward for their perversion." Ephesians + 4:18 "Intellectually they are in the dark, and they are estranged from the life of God, without knowledge because they have shut their ears to it. Their sense of right and wrong once dulled, they have abandoned themselves to sexuality and eagerly pursue a career of indecency of every kind." The Homophobic Card If one develops a physical or mental illness, one usually seeks a cure through the medical or psychiatric community. Until this world recognizes homo and bisexual tendencies as an abnormality, more and more people with those deliberately way-out-of-the-closet propensities will find ways to further justify their anti-biblical behavior. Calling a practicing Christian 'homophobic' is one of the rhetorical catch phrases used by gay activists in their attempts to turn the tables of diametric belief by calling our scriptural perspective dysfunctional and out of touch with modern day thinking and realities. Reborn To Truly See God has placed within each of His sons and daughters a severe disdain for same sex intimacy, which automatically, and by sheer spiritual identification and association, characterizes God as homophobic in the eyes of those who would dare to insinuate that our Father in heaven is mentally unstable and socially dysfunctional. To believe this is to say also that it is man's prerogative to amend God's Precepts, Commandments and Laws; to follow his or her own, natural-minded logic, tendencies and passions when determining that which leads to and defines spiritual perfection. This is yet another attempt on the part of the ungodly to disqualify the divinely inspired Word of God as irrelevant where the forming of modern day, social norms and political correctness are concerned. This is not a very smart thing to do, but the acceptance of that error in judgment as the absolute truth is exactly what Satan's followers are currently attempting to foster in the unenlightened as we enter the final days of the father of lies' influence over and control of planet earth. Sodom and Gomorrah Revisited And if one should telescope the ends of God's patience to the nth degree, one would certainly and ultimately be confronted by the correcting power and justice of God's manifest anger. As with Sodom and Gomorrah, this will soon be the case not only for those who condone and/or actively support transvestitism, homo and bisexual lifestyles as a viable spin-off to God's way of life, but anyone who actively seeks to change or invalidate God's Laws. Jude + 1:7 "The fornication of Sodom and Gomorrah and the other nearby towns was equally unnatural, and it is a warning to us that they are paying for their crimes in eternal fire." Isaiah + 5:20 to 23 "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil, who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness, who substitute bitter for sweet, an sweet for bitter." God Save the Illegitimate Partners On the other hand, devout Christians who suffer these psychological/ metaphysical abnormalities, and pray to God that they be delivered from the tendencies they precipitate, will be saved from the damning reality of God's wrath. For we all have our own, personal demons to deal with. Our Father in heaven knows this, and is constantly working the fabric of His will into our hearts and lifestyles in order that we may be delivered from them and made perfectly complete through faith in His Son and ways, and the inevitable expulsion of our sinful natures. A Very Well Kept Secret Where the stain of dysfunctional sexuality is concerned, true Christians are being healed all the time. Unfortunately, and as a result of the pervasive influence and control gays have over the secular media, TV and film industries, these success stories get no coverage or visibility whatsoever. How Much More Blatant Can They Get? Ever notice how, when a high profile celebrity or politician comes out of the closet, the story is splashed all over the TV screens and PC monitors of planet earth for as long as it takes to make its insidious impression on the hearts and minds of the unenlightened? On the other hand, when famous people disown their passion for members of the opposite sex, through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the story rarely sustains more than a few minutes of back page, sound byte, media attention or interest. The fact remains, thanks to the shed blood of Jesus Christ, there are ex TVs, bis and gays all over the place. And if you've never heard, but want to hear about the miracles that set them free from unrighteous sexual activity, you're gonna have to start tuning into the Christian media for the saving faith particulars. Vampire Syndrome When confronted by these success stories, militant, hard core gays are adamant, not only because it makes them look negatively exceptional, but that it suggests to anyone on the fence of their own psychological and physical sensuality that homosexuality is a malfunction one should seek to expel from his or her persona. This reality presses firmly against the grain of gay activist, conventional wisdom, which teaches to those who are still in the closet that sexual orientation is a personal reality one should embrace, celebrate and encourage in others of their kind. As with the mythical dilemma of vampires, unbelieving gays purport that, once he or she is assigned their own, personal, psychosexual orientation, only a stake through the heart (death) can negate it in the physical realms of existence. This idealistic inflexibility is proof positive that Satan's grip on the hearts and minds of non-Christian TVs, bis and gays is formidable. So pray for them, that they overcome the satanic train of thought that nails them so promiscuously to their scripturally incorrect crosses, and never surrender a millimeter of acceptability where the issue of abominable, sexual behavior is concerned. To do so would not only be a sin, but a foothold of legitimacy for those who would rather spend eternity in hell than in heaven, where unrepentant transvestites, male and female homosexuals and bisexuals are nowhere to be found.
