2. set this before calling CHECK_INCLUDE_FILE_CXX :
SET ( CMAKE_REQUIRED_FLAGS "-I$ENV{CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH}" )
SET ( CMAKE_REQUIRED_INCLUDES "$ENV{CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH}" )
What is wrong ?
