  s7 is faster.
  removed the --with-doubles configuration switch.
  changed s7_make_closure args (see s7.h).
  added procedure-name and s7_procedure_name.

checked: sbcl 1.0.52|3, gtk 3.2.1|3.3.2, fth 1.2.9, cmucl 20c
