Cant perform ftp file Upload for More than 3 Files A day

Hi,
    Can anybody help me? I have a java program using jakarta Commons  to
upload file to an ftp server. However i observed that after 3 upload of
files everyday. it will not upload again. But it will give me a message that
file was successfully uploaded when the file is not on the server. I dont
know if it is my network connection that is the issue or jakarta FtpClient i
am  using.
