[OOoCon] draft: OOoCon 2011 CfL

Hello,

based on John's version from last year, I drafted the CfL for OOoCon 
2011. Please have a look at

and let me know if everything is allright. I'm sure I screwed something. ;-)

As for the deadline, I suggest to use mid of February (14th?), so we 
have slightly more time.

Thoughts?

@John: I didn't do much with OCS yet. If we can embed the page in there, 
that's fine, otherwise the CfL can be in the normal CollabNet web 
framework as well. :-)
