Key: CONTINUUM-1625 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-1625 Project: Continuum Issue Type: Bug Components: Security, Web - Security Affects Versions: 1.1 Environment: JDK 1.6.3, Debian4, Tomcat6, MYSQL 5 Reporter: Olaf If a continuum users with administrative rights creates a new user, the newly created user is not valid by default and cannot login. The user can only be activated by sending a validation link by email and using it to validate the account. Suggested resolution: Users created by an administrator should be validated by default, or the administrator should be able to validate (activate) the user without having to send an email link. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
