[Cooker] KMail from kdenetwork-3.1-10mdk still not working with imap

1) Mail check interval does not work
2) Check Mail from toolbar does nothing
3) After doing a "Check Mail" by right clicking on the mail account, I can see 
that there are new mails, but they don't appear in the list.
