With good phases, yes ? I've been able to trace multiway junctions at 5-6A.

Can curve ? A little ambiguous. An kink turn can drastically change the 
direction of a helix. A bulge less so. A GU wobble in the middle of a helix 
much less so. 

If you have good phases at this resolution (clear phosphates) you might find 
RCRaNe helpful.
