Hi all, in the coot mail archive I found an instruction from 2013 for N-terminal acetylation: build ala, replace by ACE, edit restraints for ACE to group L-peptide and apply. The last step does not work, changing to L-peptide cannot be applied. Could someone give me advice about this? Thanks in advance.
