This version implements blocking an authenticated user, which I hope will never trigger. One can specify a plain file with a list of users that the filter will reject. The file can be populated by zdkimfilter basing on the result of an sql query, or by any other means.
The dkimsign command has been enhanced, so that it can be used in sendmail-terminated pipelines. A few database changes are detailed in the releas-notes.
