Wrong report submitted for Graphics-ColorNames-2.11

The report is wrong in that it fails because of missing Sub::Uplevel but
S:U is a dependency of Test::Excpetion and since T:E is install S:U can
be supposed to exist. It would be interesting to find out which parts of
your smoker let this report be submitted.
