Wrong report submitted for CPAN-Testers-ParseReport-0.1.11

This report is wrong in that it fails due to missing
XML/SAX/Exception.pm but CPAN::Testers::ParseReport does not use
XML::SAX::Exception. I don't know which parts of your installation are
requiring X:S:E.
