This fail report claims to fail because your setup "Can't locate
Data/OptList.pm". As you can see very well illustrated in the dependency
graph painted at
http://deps.cpantesters.org/?module=String::RewritePrefix :
Data::OptList is a *declared* second level dependency of
String::RewritePrefix via Sub::Exporter.

If your setup does not provide a declared dependency it is clear that
things will go wrong. Such a report should never be sent. Yesterday I
wrote to you about two other wrong fail reports. I could go on, there
are more.

Can you please stop your smokers and investigate what's the cause for
your horribly broken setup?

  
Hello,

   Sorry for not getting back to you earlier! Thanks for being patient 
with me as I work out the root cause of this. I have stopped all smokers 
and once I get more free time this week I'll dig through the remains of 
the smokebox and see what happened. Thanks again!
