I saw that there's support for building CSL without arts, but I don't understand quite a little of autoconf and its friends.
It seems to check if arts is present, but I didn't realize a form of telling make not to build with arts support even if it is present. BTW, Debian packages are waiting to go in unstable thanks to the help of my great sponsor. Thank you!
