CTAN update: thumbpdf v3.11

On Wed, 7 Jul 2010, Heiko Oberdiek submitted an update to the 

  thumbpdf

package

 > License remains LPPL.
 > 
 > Changes:
 >   * \pdfcompresslevel=0 and \pdfminorversion=4 added for thumbpdf.tex.
 >   * \input is used with file name extension for "thumbpdf.tex".
 >   * Warning if \pdfobjcompresslevel>0.
