pst-plot (v 1.18) is a PSTricks related package and provides
macros for plotting mathematical functions and data sets.
This update has some important changes:

1.18  2010-08-15
  - added plotstyle ybar
  - added optional arguments xLabels, yLabels, xLabelsRot,
and yLabelsRot
  - added plotstyle xvalues
