Westbank has a 65,000 item collection with a circulation of over 600,000 items annually. We do not use RFID. We now offer 3 self check stations that people truly prefer. Over 71% of our checkouts and 85% renewals are now done the borrower. We do use Apollo software which is very user friendly with a number of features that the public requested.
