Looking for a way to reach out to your patrons online?  Plinkit (Public
Library Interface Kit) is an open-source content management system offered
by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission to empower small rural
libraries in creating intuitive, dynamic websites with little effort and no
web programming experience for free.  For an example of a website created

Library.
